Paperback version The sequel - "New Beginnings: Moving On" - is now available in paperback. A personalised copy is available direct from me at the special price of £5.50 plus *post & packing. In most cases, these personalised
copies will be cheaper than those available elsewhere.

The post & packing rate quoted on the PayPal site is for the UK only. I am in the process of setting up the overseas facility. In the meantime, if you live outside the UK and wish to order your personalised copy, please send your details to me by email - johannanield@gmail.com - so that I can let you know the cost (including postage and packing) before you buy. Update 16 June 2012: Following the recent increases in UK postal rates, postage to Canada and the United States is now £7.60 per book. This means that both Lulu and Amazon are much cheaper!
